a. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

b. Order Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return once the product is delivered, as per our return policy.

2. Returns and Refunds

a. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accessories, within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or used beyond reasonable wear will not be eligible for a return or refund.
  • Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, personalized items, final sale items) may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page for specific details.

b. Return Process

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Products that are personalized or custom-made.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
